Your practice page

What referring doctors see when they search the directory for your specialty — openings and insurance answer their two biggest questions before they call. Referral letters still arrive through your usual channels; there's no patient list here.

These names show on the page we text your referred patients, so write them the way a patient would say them.
If you take bookings online, patients get a Schedule online button. Leave it blank and they are told to call.
The address above is your main office — add the others here so a referred patient knows where to go.

Insurance you accept

The first thing a referring office checks before they send a patient your way. It shows on your directory card and on the start card of every doctor referring to you.

Add the plans you're in network with, or say you'll check — a referring office would rather hear “we'll check” than find nothing listed.

Openings you'd like referring doctors to see

The other question they ask: how soon can you see her. Post the slots you want filled and they show at the moment a doctor chooses where to send. Past dates drop off on their own.

Or add several at once — say them or type them the way you'd say them to your front desk. Past dates drop off automatically.
