What happens if I never upgrade?

Nothing bad. Every referral letter addressed to you still arrives, complete and on time, by fax or email — free, forever, with no cap. The upgrade doesn't gate your letters; it adds what happens after they arrive: the portal, patient outreach, and scheduling tools.

Is sending really free? What's the catch?

Really free, like OpenTable is free for diners. Referring doctors are why specialists find the upgrade worth paying for, so we never charge the sending side — not per letter, not for accounts, not later.

Why don't you charge per referral?

Because a referral should never carry a price tag in either direction. A flat monthly subscription means no one — not us, not you — has a financial stake in any individual patient's referral.

Is insurance verification charged per check?

No. It's included in Pro's flat monthly price. Results come back as a PDF for each patient that your desk adds to your own chart.

Can every patient be verified this way?

Most, not all. Electronic verification depends on what each carrier sends back. Some don't answer electronic checks at all, some confirm coverage is active without listing maximums or percentages, and some are briefly unavailable. Whenever we can't get a full answer, the patient is flagged with the reason so your desk knows to confirm by phone or the carrier's portal — you're never left guessing.

Why do you need a card for a free month?

Because the inbox holds patient names. The card is how we know the office opening it is really yours. Nothing is charged until your free month ends, and the month doesn't begin until your first referral arrives.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. The upgrade is month-to-month with no contract. If you cancel, letters keep arriving by fax and email like they always did.
